Dr. Anita Tieu is amazing! She provided me with all the information that I needed to know for my eyes. How healthy my eye is and how I can take good care of it. She didn't try to upsell me anything. Front desks are very helpful as well and knowledgeable. I like how they tell you the prices for the lenses and frames. You have the choice of buying from them or going to other places. My son will have his appointment here soon. I am glad I tried them. No regret switching.

I had a wonderful experience at Sphere yesterday. I booked online which was very convenient and they sent reminders via email and text leading up to my appointment which I really appreciated too. As soon as I walked in for my appointment I was welcomed very warmly by the team member that got me signed in. She was super nice and took all my insurance info (they do direct billing). She made sure to tell me how much my insurance would cover just to confirm that I would be ok to cover the $20 difference. I thought that was really nice of her to check. The office itself is very bright, modern and pretty. I had Dr. Kar and she was so kind and patient with my questions and gave me all the information I wanted. She made me laugh and feel very comfortable. Perfect experience!

Amazing team! Our daughter had a city playoffs game for her ringette at Seton and forgot her contacts. We had her prescription digitally and the team at Sphere gave her a box of daily’s. SO grateful for their kindness and generosity.

Great service. Kristen is awesome at picking out frames that look and fit beautifully. I’ve purchased 2 frames in the past and love them. Now waiting on my third to arrive.

My daughter and I both see Dr. Gordon at Sphere Optometry. She is a phenominal doctor and I know that my daughter and I are in good hands. I also suffer from a chrionic illness that can affect my eyes and Dr. Gordon has helped me with a monitoring plan and that special care. The space is also beautiful, modern, and bright - the perfect spot to try on all of the trendiest styles of frames that I have seen collected into one space.

We have been going to Sphere for a few years now. The service and care gets better every time. Every single employee has been amazing and super friendly. Kristin has been a great help our to family and we are super grate for everything shes done for our son and his inability to keep his glasses intact. Lots of understanding and gave us Some options to consider when purchasing new frames for him.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Was definitely a pleasure, I was a bit nervous it's been awhile since my last check up but I left with confidence. The doctor was very informative and very nice to chat with. The clinic is very beautiful and nicely set up. I definitely recommend you come here for your visual needs, your eyes will thank you!
